I just installed it and got a full (and possibly correct) download on
the second try.

Did you check Friday's numbers against Friday's close?
Mine are estimates and do not match.
I renamed my qph, let Quicken rebuild it, and updated again.
And *still* the last accurate numbers I have are for Wed like I had before
my 2008 upgrade. Thurs and Fri are estimates, even though the update
dialog
says that ### stocks were updated.

Looks like you're right, they didn't actually get updated from Quicken's
download.

My entries didn't say "est" because I'd already downloaded closing
quotes from etrade and updated my accounts from that data, so I didn't
notice that Quicken hadn't done anything 'til I actually looked at the
data.
