Is this possible to do in any version of Quicken, such that each LP
interest can be tracked separately and each investor can own multiple
investments.

While there MIGHT be some convoluted work-around to allow this in
Quicken, I think you'd be better served by taking a look at another
Intuit product - Quickbooks.
