OK, thanks John. I never managed to get it to update my existing account.
After many permutations, I ended up creating a new account under a different
email address and then telling all my Quicken associated stuff about it. I
don't know if this was a function of a very old account with missing
information that it couldn't handle or some combination of environmental
stuff. Thanks again.
