Up until the end of August I could download both my savings and checking
account activity from bank using One Step Update. Now only the checking
updates and message says wrong account or similar for other. Account numbers
and routing appear correct and both are marked as active down loadable.
Last update date is about when I was forced to change password to
Alphanumeric from Alpha only.
Going to bank site outside of quicken works both accounts.
Any ideas where to look appreciated.

Have you upgraded your version of Quicken lately? What about automatic
updates?

Also, look at your bank website. Some banks have changed their options and
will allow direct access through Quicken only for specific types of accounts
(i.e.. checking).

If, after investigating, you determine that you should still be able to
download 'the other' account, you might try resetting for online access.
Disable the online access on the non-working account. Exit Quicken. Restart
and use the online banking wizard to enable online access to the account.

If that doesn't work, post back with more information:
- the version of Quicken you use
- any specific error messages you are receiving
- the name of the financial institution (NO PERSONAL INFO PLEASE!)
- the type of the account that isn't working (i.e.. checking, saving, credit
card, money market etc.)

Thank you "L"
Clearing the account online services, exit quicken, reentering fixed it. I
now believe it was caused by my new password only changing for one account.

You're probably right. I'm glad it worked and you are back and running.
