I still use Quicken 2000 UK Version on Windows XP.

I have a problem with my Receivables Account.

I have written invoices which have been paid and processed correctly.
Invoice and payment show as cleared then some time later (weeks, months) the
c disappears from the cleared column usually for the payment. Payment is
still there, still in my bank account. Invoice still shows as being paid.
Main problem is that my accounts receivable total is wrong.

It is often for an invoice where I have had to do a partial refund or
soomething. I use cash accounting.

Any suggestions how I can rectify this fault. Have tried Validating file.
Clicking on payment history etc.

Many thanks

David
