Unfindable and Undeletable VOID payee Diggg 06-26-2006

 Recently I voided a payee and recreated the transaction back as it wasn't my
intention.

Now, whenever I create a new transaction, I get this **VOID**<Payee Name> as
the first in the payee list.

I click on memorized payee - it doesn't appear there for me to delete it!

what gives?
