Linksys has (had?) excellent technical support. Maybe call them and see if
they have any ideas. Maybe there is a log file you can turn on to find out
which port is being used that your firewall is blocking.
BTW, I had a similar situation a while ago with BoA too. Dial up worked but
my cable access did not. I had to create a new file and import all of the
transactions to fix the problem. And yes, I could get the auto updates to
work while on dial up. Go figure.
