I don't think a new "fidir.txt" will help.
Quicken can't use OFX files, only QFX files.
And, unless Intuit has decided to give UK users a special break,
even QFX files will not work in Q2002. Quicken will not download
to "sunsetted" versions (all versions older than Q2005, as of
today).
