I am not having any problems with 2007 BASIC. I just want the extra
functionality that I gain from H&B.

I don't mind waiting for 2008 to become stable but I don't want to postpone
upgrading to H&B. I guess I'll go find a copy of 2007 H&B on eBay.

I have no problems with Q2008 Prem on Vista Ultimate. I find the
application very stable - more so then Q2007 Prem under Vista. My Vista was
a manufacturer install on a new laptop - not an upgrade.
