I have Quicken 2006 and want to upgrade to 2008 - I have the disk. I
am using Windows XP Pro and want to ask if I simply install it. It
looks as though it wants to go in the same folder as 2006 - is this
ok???

Thanks.

Any version of Quicken will un-install a prior version of Quicken
before installing itself.

SO, while I tend to create new directories, it's not absolutely
necessary.
