Q 2008

Vanguard is apparently doing away with Admiral shares in some of its index
funds. They force a switch to a new share class called "Signal" shares, and
apportion 1.2106 Signal shares for each Admiral share.

How best to enter this transaction? Corporate spin-off??

Thanks
