Please log in for more thread options Hi, Marc.
Bank of America did the same (or similar) thing to my Merrill Lynch account
after the takeover - and also without warning to me. See my one-message
thread, "Merrill Lynch Account Number Changed?", 4/29/09.
I understand and don't really mind that they changed my 30-year-old number.
But they should at least have informed me! And they should have told me
BEFORE the day that I looked at my account online and saw it had a ZERO
balance!
