I am using Quicken Deluxe 2007 (Release R 3). With previous versions, I
could easily print the register by customizing dates and selecting options
such as show balance every two weeks...or every month...or whatever my
preference was. I haven't been able to find that feature in this version.
Instead, I see all sorts of itemized categories, itemized payees, charts and
graphs, etc. Can anyone tell me how to easily print (and view on screen)
the type of simple listing of all checks such as I used in earlier versions?
Thanks,
MaryL

I'm using QW09 but don't think there were any major changes from QW07
- You have several options:
With the register view open, look in the upper right corner for
"Report" - you will get the chance to set the date range and subtotals
(if desired).
Also, with register view open, File > Print Transactions - set date
range.
Also, Reports > Banking > Transaction and customize for accounts, date
range, display, etc

Aha! Your first suggestion (upper-right corner) gave me the solution. Once
again, I *thought* I was looking in the right place, but I wasn't. There is
also a listing for "Reports" in the menu bar at the top, and that is what I
was trying to use. I had actually overlooked the other "Report" until now.
Thank you very much!
