Bob,
It ended up being easier than that and by accident. I did my normal
manual download from Chase and at the end of it, Quicken put up a
screen asking me if I wanted to add it to the Direct Connects and
walked me thru the entire setup process. I have two Chase cards and
it handled both of them. This is an unexpected plus to upgrading. So
much nicer.
I see either I still have a corruption in my file that effects saved
reports or Quicken hasn't fixed whatever is causing this. There was a
thread on this some time ago: I take an existing report, change the
dates, save to a new report name in no particular folder. Go to look
for the new report and it doesn't show up anywhere. However if I
repeat the process, using the same name, it asks me if the old report
should be replaced. I say yes and still don't see it. Bummer.
