Occasionally when I fire up Quicken [2009 on XP], I'll get a "would you
like to update quicken" request. does that mean that there's an actual
update waiting or is it just something that pops up routinely once in a
while? [problem is that I don't run quicken from an account that *can*
update it, and so to actually get an update I need to start quicken as
'admin'.] Is there some way to tell if there's *really* a program update
pending or not? /bernie

My opinion: Just say yes and don't fret the small stuff.
