I am using Quicken Home & Office 2007. When I click the "Update
Transactions" button in my checkbook register, the browser opens with the
incorrect URL for my bank's online access. A few months ago, the bank
changed the URL as part of an overall security upgrade.

I thought I could remedy this by changing to the new web page address. I
selected the "Overview" tab, and clicked "Edit Account Details". I put the
correct URL in all of the available web page areas - Home Page, Activity
Page, and Other Page. Well, if I click the button right next to each of
them, I go to the correct page. But if I click on "Update Transactions"
button in my checkbook register, I still go to the wrong one.

How does one change this? Thanks.

Doug

Have you tried deactivating/reactivating the account?

That did the trick! Thanks.

BTW - I never did find anything in the help files about this problem.
