I have an account which, for some reason no longer places its password in
the pin vault. The other accounts have their passwords (asterisked, of
course), and I can paste the password in. Where do I set the password for an
activated online account? There are no settings for this in the edit dialog
for that account.

Thanks.

Deactivate the account for downloading; if the account is a One
Step Update account, reactivate the account for downloading.
Set the password in the pin vault.

If that does not correct the problem:

Print the pin vault. Delete the pin vault. Create a new pin
vault.

Hi John,
Thanks for the pointer. I'll give it a try and post back.
