Please log in for more thread options Hi, Gordon.

I got that, too, on my first several tries to update to Release 4. Even
when I right-clicked qw.exe and clicked Run as Administrator. :>(
So I opened an Administrator:Command Prompt window and ran qw.exe from
there. The download worked as smooth as silk, just like it was supposed to.
;<)
But I don't download transactions - from banks, credit cards, stockbrokers
or anybody else - so I can't comment on that aspect.
