New user: I am using Basic 2006

I have about 20 mortgages I need to track.

1) How do I link more then one asset to a debt?

2) How do I list expenses for each rental property that is listed as an
asset??

I don't believe this is possible. You can link more than one
liability account to one asset account, but not the other way
around.

I'm not totally sure I understand what you are unable to do, but
it sounds like you might benefit from assigning Quicken
"classes" to your transactions. You can read up on Classes in
Quicken Help.
