I have 2 problems I think are likely related:
1) I've had a paycheck setup for a long time tracking all deductions.
Today, it only has a net deposit. So I went to create a new paycheck,
selecting "track all earnings, taxes and deduction". However, that is also
only allowing to create a schedule - not even allowing me to enter anything
other than company name, account and schedule. Either editing the existing
paycheck or creating a new one shows a big blue window with all the fields
missing.
2) Yesterday I started Quicken and got a message that my installation was
corrupt (data file ok) and I should reinstall Quicken. So I did, and
everything was working properly. However, after the reinstall, from CD, it
tells me I am running R5. I have not done an update yet, so not sure how I
could have R5. I tried a manual install of R5 and it says it won't install.
To the best of my memory, I had never on the original installation installed
any patches, so what was on disk should be what was installed from CD. So
the re-install shouldn't have found any r5 files.
Thanks
Kevin
