I am trying to get my on line balance to match Quicken . There is a
whole month of entries Quicken never saw from the bank. so I am
entering them by hand. Under the date a red circle with a white check
mark shows up. I am worried it that means Quicken will RF me later.
since I don't expect quicken will ever match these with the bank is
there some way to pacify Quicken and get rid or this mark? Or is it
harmless to ignore it? I'm using the 2008 version.
thanks,
Chas

That red circle with the white check mark just indicates that the category
the transaction is assigned to is tax related. A totally useless and highly
intrusive "feature" of Q2008. AFAIK, there's no way to turn it off.
