I'm running Quicken Home and Business 2004, but would like to upgrade
to the 2006 version that I got last year at a discount with my purchase
of Turbo Tax. Will installing Q2006 disable or in any other way
prohibit me from using V 2004? I understand that I can't convert the
files upward and expect the old version to still work with them , but
if I keep separate copies for the conversion process and work with
these and V2006 until I decide if it is going to be usable for me, is
there anything else I need to be concerned about in flipping back and
forth between versions, eg program files that V2006 updates that are
also used by V2004?

Thanks,

Jo
