running Quicken 2006 - and use Direct Connect for all of my accounts,
except one at Chase - they want $9.95/mo for that "service".
I ue the Web Connect for that account,
but they also mention (along with Direct Connect) something called Web
Express ??

What's the difference between Web Express vs Direct Connect ?

If it's a Chase credit card, you should be able to use Direct Connect.
If it's something else, Express Web Connect, if available, should be offered
to you each time you download via Web Connect.
If not, try enabling EWC the same way you do for Direct Connect.

I think, it's bank account that qualifies you for Direct Connect with
Chase.
Just a credit card account allows Web Connect and Web Express.
