Hmmmm.
That is the method I use. I'm running 2006 Premier. I do check all the 'use
categories' and other options in the box that opens before the import.

After the prompt, open the account. The transactions should be underneath
the register, waiting to be added to the account, same as any other
download.

It's still not working for me and I suspect it's the format of the QIF file
from my bank card company. I haven't dug any deeper since importing it
into a cash account and then moving the transactions is working, and it's
not that many key strokes.
