Has anyone received this packet from IRS? Or has
distribution been delayed due to the belated
congressional action?

Sure. I got mine about two weeks ago. it's the
"regular" booklet I think, with a,b,d,e in it.

Not since 1989 have I personally filed a paper return.
Probably I still get the 63 page booklet because the computer notices
that there is no paid preparer listed. You reckon?
