401(k) safe harbor plan taxmax 04-15-2007

Are members contributions to the LLC's 401(k) safe- harbor
plan deductible by the LLC? I know that 3% matching and
additonal contribution are deductible. I am talking about $
15,000 maxium for 2006 that each member ( owner) can
contributes to the plan.The members are under the age 50.
