I e-filed my 2007 return today with H&R Block and am due a refund. I opted
for direct deposit.

How long should it take for me to receive it?

Will I still get my "economic stimulus" check? If so, how long will that
take?

I didn't file my 2005 return. I was due a small refund, but procrastinated.
Is it too late? I live in California, so will be filing a state return with
them as well.

Typially if you efiled Thursday afternoon, it should hit
your account the three Fridays from Thursday.

This really is a question you should ask HRB.

If there was just one direct deposit account on your tax return
and you qualify for a rebate, see

for more details.

No, you can still file and receive a refund.

Ah, there is the crux of the problem. Non filing for 2005 might just
give IRS pause to think about whether or not to send the stimulus if
there is any possibility OP might owe for 2005.
