Hello everyone!

>From your experience, which tax software would you highly recommend
that can easily handle various stock & option transactions? I tried
TT premier and it was okay.

They're all pretty much the same.

Return preparation for these transactions is easy if you have good records,
so I'm wondering, especially if you're an active trader, whether what you're
really looking for is something that will easily keep your books and feed
your tax software. That would be something more along the line of
accounting/bookkeeping software, not tax software.

If it's truly just return prep, pick the cheapest one.

Do you happen to know of any transaction-tracking (or comprehensive
portfolio) software? (Preferrably not web-based, but a stand-alone
program.)
