I am in the process of trying to finish up my taxes for the year and
I'm unsure how to report business mileage.

I have a full-time job, a part-time job, and also run a business.
Although my business is run from my home, I do not have a room or
portion of my home completely dedicated to this business. My home
office is also shared as a storage area and is occasionally used for
things other than business. Here are some scenarios that I am
wondering about as far as figuring deductible and commuting mileage
goes:

I leave my home office in the morning to go to my full-time job. Over
my lunch hour I meet with a client and return to my full-time job.
After work, I go directly home and do more work from my home office.

I leave my home office in the morning and go to my full-time job.
After work I stop by a client's residence for a housecall and return
to my home office and finish up paperwork.

I leave my home office in the morning and go to my full-time job.
After work I go to my part-time job. After leaving my part-time
employer, I stay the night with a friend/family member.

I leave my home office in the morning and go to my full-time job.
After work I go to my part-time job. After leaving my part-time
employer, I return home, but don't do any work from my home office.

What portion of my mileage can I deduct as business mileage? All of
the work I perform is outside city where I reside. I spoke with a
woman at the IRS, who gave me contradictory information regarding what
I can and cannot deduct so I am confused now.

Do you have any advice as to how I can maximize my business mileage?
Nearly all days I am working several jobs, all of which require a
considerable amount of driving.

Thanks!!
