I have prepared my taxes, using Turbo Tax. I owe approximately $5,000
to the feds; I wanted to take advantage of the Discover Credit Card
feature whereby no convenience fee is charged to utilize their card.
Alas I am seemingly unable to file, using Turbo Tax, without incurring
a convenience fee imposed by their intermediary filing firm.
Are there any options to file (using Discover which has no convenience
fees) without such outrageous fees? Why would one pay over $100 too
file an electronic return??
Thanks for any advice. My obvious option is to mail my return, with a
check.
Thanks for any advice!!
