For purposes of the Energy Credits on Form 5695:

If I live in an apartment while building a new home, then move into
the new home (in 2007) are amounts spent on qualifying items available
to me as credit items?

Does the answer change if I live in a home that I own, and refurbish a
house that I have bought, installing qualifying property, and then
move into the home?

I guess what I am asking is what is the definition of a main home when
you are building or refurbing a property that is not habitable, but
then becomes your main home?

Thanks
Bill
