I have a small corporation, started filing taxes this year.
I've only spent money on a website I am having developed.
Does anyone know what boxes I should fill out on the 1120S
form?

there are various "boxes" to be filled in
don't just check them haphazardly
you're going to have to live with the choices you make today
for a long time to come

you should consult a CPA/tax professional
