Just to address this issue: It's a couple of weeks too late to do that and
save on the 2007 tax returns.

A court case......Someone may pop up the citation.

That is what the judge based his decision on. Two families under one roof
operate as - two families - if they act like - two families. The adults
sleep in separate rooms and do not co-mingle any funds and very little
activities........and certainly don't "badda bing - badda boom"



Come to think of it..........



There's some late-night talk show fodder right there.

One could ask what state? this could be common law marriage.
