My mother -in-law (Foriegn National) stayed with me more
than 180 days, how do i can claim her as my depednet in my
tax-filing

See the instructions for line 6 of the 1040 and IRS
Publication 501.

You probably cannot claim her, unless she has Resident Alien
status or is a US citizen or resident of Mexico or Canada.
That is one of the rules for claiming a dependent relative.
