I called them last week to see where my refund was and they
said they never received my tax return; I need to file
another copy, and make sure it has a fresh signature and not
a photocopied signature.

Since I am expecting a refund, I don't have to worry about a
penalty for late filing, but do I need to send them another
original W2? I sent them the original in April. Or can I
send them a photocopy of my copy of the W2 and write on the
margin that the original was mailed in April and please
don't lose it this time? (or something like that)

Thanks,
Bob
