This is the infamous disclosure of Foreign Bank Accounts that has used
to be an easy one-pager but is now a bear. I'd rather do it with
software that will allow me to just type in the info, print it as a
proper form and mail it off. (Not just download the forms.) Anyone do
this cheaply?

You can type in info, print, and mail using the PDF version you download.

Some tax software supports this form, such as Intuit ProSeries, but
whether that meets your definition of "cheap" is unknown.

If one has multiple accounts, it can get quite repetitive doing the
typing into a form. Would Turbo Tax have this form. I could buy a copy
online, download just that form and print just that form. Is this
possible?

You can *save* entries in the form, so just save the repetitive
information in a file to use as a template for each new copy.

Sorry, I don't have a list of which software products might support this
form, I only mentioned one I knew of.
