I wonder if you can get life time education credit
for the tuition fee you paid to a real estate school.

Not unless the real estate school is a "qualified
educational institution". Ask them if you are not sure.

Is the school accredited? Are it's students eligible for
Federal financial aid? If so, you probably can claim the
credit but, if not, you cannot.
