It depends on whether you owe anything or not. I only have
the addresses for returns prepared by professionals; the
addresses for individuals are different. For 2005, though,
I believe the returns are sent to either Austin Service
Center or a lockbox in Dallas.
You can look up the addresses on the IRS website irs.gov
under the heading "Where to File."
