Someone e-mailed me today that his posts for the last week
were not showing up on his news-server. After inspection,
I found they weren't on mine either. Since I know I did not
delete them, my speculation is that it was either an ISP
problem or a transfer node problem. Fortunately whatever it
was it was corrected in today.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Would these people be using Google Groups?
GG had a major software [down/up]grade mid-January 2007 I've
experienced severe problems with both reading and posting.
Many ISPs like AOL dropped usenet and people switched to
free web usenet such as Google Groups (purchased from
deja-news). The old cliche "you get what you pay for ...".

I had one post disappear that I can remember.

I use Google Groups though, so I don't think that in my case
it is an ISP issue.
