Offer-in-Compromise Excel template

I have prepared an offer-in-compromise Excel template based on the Mar
2009 version of Form 656B and Jan 2008 version of Forms 433A and B. I
will be glad to forward it to any IRS enrolled practitioner for their
use (no reponsibility taken for any inaccuracies). Email me at
