I am a sole proprietor and had 5 phone lines during the
refund period. I also had 4 dependents supposedly entitling
me to the default $60 refund claim.

Am I entitled to $60 period or $60 x 5 phone lines = $300 ?

I'd take the $300 but if I did the work I'm sure I'd net
far more than $60.

Thanks
