Community newspaper reports and writes articles, sells ads, designs
layout of paper, sells subscriptions and pays for mailing. Does
EVERYTHING except actually print the thing. A separate and unrelated
contrator prints newspaper in the US.

Does the entity which writes and designs the newspaper qualify for the
Qualified Domestic Actvities deuction (if not as the producer - as,
say, an architect would?)
