Question About 1040A Filing involving Social Security Benefits

Question About 1040A Filing involving Social Security Benefits PepetteLePew 03-26-2008

I work for a nusrsing home and recently our residents received the
Economic Stimulus Packet, problem is all they have for income is their
Social Security checks. How do they file for economic stimulus? which
part of 1099 SSA goes to which line in a 1040A? do they have
decutions? they're all born before 1943 most are widows and are
permanetly living in our facility.

Please help.

According to the IRS website the package they received has everything they
need, including instructions and the form to file. If they got something
else, the package they should have gotten is here:
http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/k1040a3.pdf
