It's a great way to increase Taxes with out passing
legislation.

As Salaries and deductible expenses go up the deductibility
of the expenses phase out and the Taxpayer pays more. The
"Tax and spend" lovers (aren't they all?) could not have
thought of a better system.

Think of the Bonus Taxes the Gov gets from all the IRA etc
deferments taken at 15% then taxed at 28% when with drawn at
retirement etc..
