Assuming the LLC actually filed a return, IRS can provide
you some of the information. Also contact the preparer. If
they are regulated then they may have to provide a copy,
depends on state law.
If you have sufficient information then you may be able to
prepare the return.
If they haven't filed then you can either do your best to
persuade them to do so or you can contact an attorney and
initiate legal proceedings.
