This info from Taxcut should help you:
How Do I: Enter civil service retirement benefits from
CSA-1099R or CSF-1099R?
We recommend that you complete the 1099-R Interview topic rather
than entering information from your CSA-1099R or CSF-1099R
directly into the 1099-R worksheet. To complete the 1099-R
Worksheet Interview:
1. Click the Take Me To... button.
2. Scroll down to the Retirement and Rollovers under Income;
and select IRA, Pension Income (Form 1099-R).
3. Click the Go To button.
4. Click Yes or Begin.
5. Click Form CSA-1099R or Form CSF-1099R.
6. Proceed through the remainder of the Interview screens.
