Can't find on IRS.gov what the date for sending/deposit for the rebate
checks. I keep getting forwarded emails with a July start and Sept end
which is a lot different that a May start.

Are the emailed dates a hoax?

I saw where today the Prez gleefully said those pesky checks will begin
being sent out during the second week of May.

If they run the program like the last time, it goes weekly, by the last
number of your SSN. So if you're SSN ends in a 9, you'll be among the last
folks to get a check in July some time, maybe early August.

This just in via email from IRS late this afternoon:

IRS will begin in March to send out letters to all with details for
taxpayers.
