Is there any income tax reporting that needs to be
done for a Roth 401k for tax year 2006.

Contributions: No reporting unless you qualify for the
retirement saver's credit.

Distributions: Report in accordance with 1099-R
instructions. Nonqualified distributions go on Form 8606.
