It pops up every few months on
alt.social-security-disability, and I squelch it with the
facts (relying heavily on the Snopes page), yet like the
undead it keeps rising to vex those of us who know better.
It seems to be one of those things that some people believe
_has_ to be true, and no amount of evidence to the contrary
will convince them otherwise. Just like the "notch babies."
