The amount is $300, not $500. Make sure you're looking at the final version
of HR 5140.

Yes indeed it is $300, but its not my bad, congress passed the wrong bill.

Allan, you need to download a copy of the bill as passed by both House
and Senate. For example, the amounts are 600/1200$. And in the case of
the daughter referred to by OP, her minimum will be 300$.
